Please note that the variable planck_hl is the Planck function per
unit solid angle, so radiative transfer calculations with ckdmip_lw
will need to use the namelist variable "input_planck_per_sterad =
true" as described in the CKDMIP Technical Guide, in order that it is
interpreted correctly.
